Architect Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Full management of pharmacy architecture projects including new openings and remodeling
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients
• Planning, monitoring, and control of deadlines, budgets, and resources
• Direct interaction with clients to assess needs and provide continuous follow-up
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the pharmaceutical sector
• Supervision of construction execution and coordination with contractors
• Supplier management and negotiation of services and materials
• Risk identification and implementation of solutions to ensure project success
• Preparation of progress reports and monitoring of indicators

Requirements

• Higher education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Management, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in architecture, retail, or healthcare
• Experience in commercial space projects is preferred
• Knowledge of applicable legislation including licensing and accessibility
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar
• Knowledge of technical software such as AutoCAD
