Architect Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager/general project manager and take responsibility for the entire planning process
• Lead project teams independently through all planning phases of building construction projects
• Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Serve as an interface to ensure close cooperation between all specialist departments and external planners
• Perform planning activities within an integral team supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or comparable training
• More than 10 years of professional experience across all service phases in medium to large projects
• Extensive knowledge of relevant permit and planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD/Revit, Adobe CS, and MS Office
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
