Architect Production Designer

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and execution drawings for Modular Operating Rooms and healthcare spaces
• Develop detailed BOQ/BOM and technical documentation
• Create architectural layouts and internal wall elevation drawings
• Prepare detailed drawings for door, window, and wall junctions in coordination with vendors
• Coordinate with project sales teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility
• Support project execution, scheduling, and occasional site or supplier visits
• Ensure all documentation and designs comply with quality standards

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (latest version) is mandatory
• Experience in architectural layout and internal wall elevations
• Exposure to healthcare design projects
• Strong drafting and detailing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Background in designing, drafting architectural/interior projects, or working with construction contractors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Catia or SolidWorks
• Strong sense of design and aesthetics
