Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies in your assigned zone to listen to owners and advise them on business growth, from full renovations to customer loyalty strategies.
- Accompany the implementation of designed solutions, including renovation projects, team actions, or loyalty plans.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, fostering trust-based relationships with pharmacies and sector professionals.
- Analyze your assigned territory to detect business opportunities using a custom-designed CRM.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience using AutoCAD
- More than 3 years of experience managing projects in any sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people
