Architect or Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute cost management for building construction projects during development, planning, and realization phases
• Perform cost planning and implement measures for cost control and monitoring using BIM
• Support overall project management in Project Support Intern (PSI) areas
• Independently create bills of quantities for complex building projects and functional performance descriptions
• Manage project costs and results, including bid evaluation, award negotiations, and follow-up
• Collaborate integrally with architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and electrical engineering departments
• Represent the company to authorities and executing firms
• Analyze quantities using Revit and BIM models

Requirements

• Technical training or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Very good written and spoken German
• Several years of professional experience in tendering, awarding, and cost planning for construction projects
• Knowledge of relevant permitting, planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Experience with tendering software, ideally iTWO
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Structured and responsible working style
