About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Works Management of Parks, Gardens, and Public Spaces within the BIMSA environment
- Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, budgets, and sustainability criteria
- Coordinate technical and operational communication as a liaison between public administration, engineering firms, and contractors
- Guarantee excellence and regulatory compliance in landscaping and infrastructure solutions
- Anticipate technical deviations to ensure safe and durable public spaces
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Higher Engineering, or similar technical training
- 5 to 10 years of specific experience in Works Management for Parks, Gardens, and public spaces
- Previous experience working on projects within the BIMSA ecosystem
- Fluency in Catalan for technical reporting and site meetings
