Architect III

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across various project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use.
• Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research, analysis, and client collaboration.
• Produce high-quality design outputs such as sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
• Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to contribute to early-stage design on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool.
• Experience with complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong freehand sketching, visual communication, and presentation abilities.
• Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices.
