Architect-GenAI & Agentic Solutions

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into impactful AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Design and architect scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI systems using modern software engineering and cloud-native principles.
• Develop and implement high-quality solutions aligned with established product development practices.
• Build AI applications capable of processing large-scale data efficiently in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI best practices, architecture, and development methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI Systems Engineering, AI Architecture, or related roles.
• Expertise in GenAI, including hands-on experience with Hugging Face LLMs/SLMs, OpenAI GPT, Claude, or Mistral.
• Strong experience in RAG-based application development (retrieval, ranking, semantic search, and vector databases like Opensearch).
• Proficiency in GenAI orchestration (Langchain) and Agentic frameworks (LangGraph/Crew.ai).
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns (ReAct, Chain of Thought, Supervisor, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java/Scala.
• Proficiency in distributed computing platforms such as Apache Spark (PySpark, Scala).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document processing and parsing (HTML, Word, PDF, Excel).
• Knowledge of AI application testing, deployment, and monitoring (Langfuse, Ragas, or LLM as a judge).
• Experience integrating Guardrails for securing AI agents.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
