Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and technical coordination for hospital and large-scale building projects
• Manage architectural packages including space planning, interior detailing, FFE coordination, and finishes selection
• Oversee building façades and envelope systems
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, material submissions, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, interior design, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, local authority regulations, healthcare standards, and international codes
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical problem-solving
• Monitor site execution to ensure architectural quality and design intent are maintained

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 12+ years of total experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Proven expertise in hospital and large-scale building projects
• Specialized knowledge in FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and Interior Design coordination
• Strong understanding of architectural finishes and building façade/envelope systems
• Mandatory GCC experience, with a preference for candidates based in or experienced in Qatar
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural software
