Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through detailed design, authority approvals, and construction stages.
• Develop architectural concepts, massing studies, layouts, and building design strategies aligned with client briefs.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, UAE authority regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and façade consultants to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Manage design development and construction documentation packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of proven experience in architectural design and delivery for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical coordination and client interaction.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with 3D modelling software.
• Experience in managing complex technical coordination between multiple engineering disciplines.
