Architect, Design & Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and support architectural, fit-out, and construction projects across the company's office portfolio, primarily in the USA and Canada.
• Prepare technical drawings, plans, specifications, and documentation for diverse global projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and the bidding process.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local engineers to ensure technical alignment and buildability.
• Monitor construction phases and provide guidance to general contractors or subcontractors.
• Support real estate functions by preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for executive management.
• Maintain company standards and stay current with industry developments and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect.
• Proven experience in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing, and building regulations.
• Ability to travel internationally to construction sites.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building-scale projects.
• Previous experience in real estate.
• Expertise in fire prevention, security, or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
• Hands-on construction experience, such as working directly with contractors on-site.
