Architect - CRM

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and guidance for the delivery of technology platforms and projects.
• Maximize the potential of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution while managing its limitations.
• Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Work collaboratively across business and technology teams, as well as with third-party vendors.
• Maintain architecture artefacts and contribute to the broader technology roadmap.
• Manage a knowledgebase of solution architecture IP for sharing with project teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, including technical design and decision-making.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (architecture, functional, and technical).
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A pragmatic approach to CRM design, balancing customization with operational overhead and licensing.
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Australia events.
