About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert schematic design sketches into precise, code-compliant construction document (CD) sets using Revit and AutoCAD
- Maintain firm-wide drafting standards for detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details
- Incorporate redlines and update drawings based on feedback from project architects and senior designers
- Assist in compiling and organizing drawing packages for city submittals and building permit approvals
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations
- Model design iterations quickly to test massing options, material finishes, and facade designs
Requirements
- Experience or educational background in Architecture (Fresher/Entry-level)
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to create 3D renderings using tools such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or Rhino
- Strong attention to detail regarding graphic and layering standards
- Ability to work onsite in Kochi, India
