About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure architecture plans and drawings are feasible and financially optimal
- Oversee execution of plans
- Support and assist clients during the finalization of MEP, interior, and façade specifications and drawings
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture for IT, IES, commercial, or institutional buildings
- Proficiency in Excel, MSP, or Primavera
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to BIM
