Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate exhibition and museum design concepts into coordinated architectural drawings and construction details
• Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D models aligned with client requirements and technical constraints
• Coordinate with AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting), structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines
• Prepare tender and construction documentation, including material specifications and schedules
• Support design and fit-out managers during procurement, construction, and site implementation phases
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and resolve design or coordination issues
• Contribute to cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering to ensure design feasibility
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of experience in architectural design or exhibition fit-out projects (pavilions, museums, or experience centers)
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and 3D visualization tools (Rhino, SketchUp, or similar)
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication methods for temporary and permanent structures
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured and detail-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design-assist or design-build project environments
• Experience reviewing supplier quotations and coordinating with procurement teams
• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
