Responsibilities

• Support overall project management in the execution of sustainable projects
• Perform integral, sustainable design, permit, and execution planning
• Collaborate with all involved planners using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Coordinate closely with various specialist departments including structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, and construction supervision
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal with a focus on climate-neutral planning

Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning
• Experience in execution planning is advantageous
• Proficiency or initial knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, or Adobe CS
• Enthusiastic about integral planning and sustainability
• Structured and committed working style
