Architect

Responsibilities

• Focus on LPH 5 planning activities using Revit within an integral team supported by BIM
• Handle diverse construction tasks in large-scale projects with a focus on detailed planning
• Collaborate closely with all specialist departments including structural, HVAC, electrical, and building automation
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal with a focus on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture
• 5 to 10 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of LPH 5
• Knowledge of relevant permit and planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe CS, and MS Office
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
