Architect

Responsibilities

• Take independent responsibility for integral planning from project development to execution (SIA phases 32–53)
• Focus on execution planning and realization (SIA 51–53) using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Plan industrial or hospital construction projects with a focus on technical detail development and feasibility
• Coordinate closely with specialist departments (structural, HVAC, electrical, construction management) and external planners in a BIM-based process (Revit / ACC)
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal through sustainable and resource-efficient planning

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in planning medium to large-scale projects, specifically in execution planning
• Sound technical and constructive knowledge with familiarity with Swiss standards (especially SIA 102)
• Proven experience in SIA phases 32–51
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Strong skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
• Ability to work independently and interdisciplinary within an integral planning framework
