Architect

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for construction site management and organization for integrated high-rise and interior construction projects (SIA phases 41-53)
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams independently and solution-oriented
• Manage the object supervision department with responsibility for costs and results
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency are maintained
• Coordinate closely with architecture, structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, and external partners using BIM
• Implement sustainable building solutions following the ATP Green Deal

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in object supervision for medium to large projects
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Knowledge of relevant permit and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS Project and iTWO
• Willingness to travel to various project sites
• Knowledge of Lean Management methodology is a plus
