Architect - AI Business Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Copilot and agentic solutions to drive digital and AI transformation for strategic customers.
• Assess customer AI readiness across identity, data, security, and compliance to identify gaps for Copilot adoption.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures using Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead the implementation of agentic workloads, establishing quality standards and operational transition plans.
• Build and manage agents using Copilot Studio to improve customer productivity and business processes.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, balancing customer expectations with responsible AI practices and security.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to shape solution plays, refine estimates, and manage technical risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
• Proven experience working with Global Systems Integrators, IT Vendors, or Microsoft Partners.
• Strong hands-on background in Business Applications and CRM solution delivery for large enterprises.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Power Platform and M365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Copilot Studio, including building and managing agentic topics and actions.
• Proficiency in using GitHub Copilot to accelerate engineering and improve delivery velocity.
• Strong knowledge of Azure integrations, including Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
• Expertise in Low-Code architecture, including environment strategy, DLP, and governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI practices and security/compliance controls in AI solutions.
