Responsibilities

• Drive design issues and develop concepts
• Contribute throughout the entire process from early stages to finished environments
• Work closely with customers, colleagues, and other disciplines within AFRY
• Manage design questions and strategic reasoning
• Handle detailed architectural work and technical execution

Requirements

• Educated architect with at least 8 years of industry experience
• Experience with projects of varying scale and complexity
• Experience in financial responsibility and leading other architects
• Strong design ability and interest in architecture's impact on society
• Ability to switch between strategic questions and detailed design
• Experience in dialogue with customers and project groups
• Existing customer contacts

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary collaborations
• Business-minded approach to project and business development
