Archer IRM Client Support - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support and administration for the Archer IRM platform, including user access management, record updates, and reassignment requests.
• Manage incoming requests via the ServiceNow (SNOW) application to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform data imports and exports and troubleshoot system workflow issues.
• Support configuration deployments in alignment with SDLC methodologies using Archer packaging.
• Maintain and execute standard operating procedures to ensure internal controls and platform maintenance standards are met.
• Provide client support and training to the global user community across the First, Second, and Third Lines of Defense.
• Proactively identify emerging issues and collaborate with development teams to implement short-term and long-term resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a quantitative field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the Archer IRM platform and its out-of-the-box solution offerings.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including mastery of functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience working within SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hard deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Experience with database technologies.
• Proven ability to monitor and communicate system status to internal management.
