About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) network in Iberia
- Provide technical support, fault diagnosis, and remote correction for equipment issues
- Manage warranty handling and escalate technical issues to appropriate ESAB stakeholders
- Conduct training, quality control, and auditing of personnel within the ARC network
- Support the ESAB sales force with technical expertise and market intelligence
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to meet world-class standards
- Monitor and consolidate Aftermarket data to support the creation of KPIs
- Implement safety culture and ensure compliance with all legal and operational rules
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical or coordination role
- Proven skills in technical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Experience in training and auditing processes
