About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter data into the Automated Case Information System (ACMS) and the electronic filing system (eCourts)
- Schedule arbitration hearings and review correspondence for accuracy
- Explain judiciary policies, procedures, and program eligibility requirements to customers or clients
- Process mail and answer telephone inquiries
- Operate various office machines and perform related clerical duties
Requirements
- One year of experience in an office environment performing clerical and support services
- Proficiency in keyboarding and document or information processing
- Experience with scheduling meetings or appointments
- Ability to handle payments, record monies received, or reconcile accounts
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and oral communication skills
