Responsibilities

• Lead the workgroup and delegate tasks in daily operations
• Plan work together with the operations manager for effective resource planning
• Perform follow-up inspections of completed work
• Maintain good structure and profitability in collaboration with the operations manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Solid experience in outdoor maintenance and landscaping
• Documented experience in resource planning
• Strong organizational skills and financial understanding
• Valid B-driver's license
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and speaking Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

• Gardener education or equivalent training
