Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and optimize work processes to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform independent work preparation in road construction for both tender and execution phases
• Create schedule and construction sequence plans
• Manage schedule controlling, including updating contract and work schedules
• Coordinate planning and manage technical documentation
• Handle equipment and personnel planning
• Perform quantity surveying and mass calculations
• Develop special proposals and investigate alternative construction methods
• Support operational units during the tendering and awarding processes

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation or construction management is desirable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Experience with calculation software, ideally ARRIBA or RIB iTWO
• Basic knowledge of LEAN management methods
• Sound knowledge of and confidence in using relevant technical standards and regulations
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
