Arbeitsvorbereiter A400M – Production Support & Optimierung (d/w/m)

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of all maintenance measures for the A400M, ensuring quality, cost, and time targets are met
• Manage the complete order process, including order planning, control, engineering, material provision, and aircraft handover/handback
• Create, process, and complete work packages within the operational management system and official documentation
• Plan and determine material requirements, including procurement, booking, and return processes, as well as managing non-conformance reports
• Coordinate and control aircraft ground equipment, tools, and material flow
• Act as a key interface between Airbus specialist departments and the customer
• Participate in internal and external status meetings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in aircraft technology or an equivalent qualification
• Further training as a technician or comparable degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) preferably in aviation technology
• Experience working within an EASA/DEMAR maintenance environment is desirable
• Proven experience in material management and order planning
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and process optimization methods
• High level of independence, responsibility, and quality awareness
• Fluent German and good English language skills
