About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers
- Answer telephone calls and guest queries
- Provide information on promotions, room prices, and local activities
- Process payments, reservations, and cancellations accurately
- Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships
- Drive online guest feedback and manage name mentions
- Perform general office duties including correspondence and filing
- Maintain reception stock and supplies
- Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments
- Ensure guest safety in line with company guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a Hotel Receptionist
- Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
