Arabic Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers while providing a warm, timely welcome in line with brand standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Answer guest queries and provide accurate information regarding room prices, promotions, and local activities
• Process payments accurately according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term professional relationships
• Drive online guest feedback and monitor mentions to explore areas for service improvement
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery and address guest requests or complaints
• Maintain the reception area, including general office duties, correspondence, and stock management

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Proficiency in using Opera PMS
• Strong customer-oriented approach with exceptional service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
