Arabic Cuisine Chef

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare authentic Arabic dishes using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients
• Assist in menu development with a focus on seasonal availability and sophisticated presentation
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to promote a collaborative and creative environment
• Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing to maintain optimal food quality
• Provide exceptional dining experiences through meticulous attention to detail

Requirements

• Extensive experience in preparing authentic Arabic cuisine
• At least 5 years of experience in high-end dining or luxury hospitality settings
• Culinary degree or professional training is preferred
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Must be currently available in the UAE
