AR & Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute collections activities and perform periodic AR reconciliations for assigned customer portfolios.
• Identify payment delays, discrepancies, or deductions and escalate findings to leadership and Sales teams.
• Support credit analysis for new and existing customers, maintaining approved credit limits and payment terms in SAP.
• Release sales orders in accordance with approved credit limits, aging status, and payment terms to support commercial execution.
• Prepare recurring AR and Credit operational reports, including aging, balances, and DSO support data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to reduce past-due balances and maintain accurate accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with internal financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
