Responsibilities
- Perform AR calling tasks within US medical billing workflows
- Handle patient calling and inbound calls
- Manage accounts receivable processes for healthcare clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AR calling experience in US medical billing
- Mandatory experience in patient calling and inbound calls
- Ability to work the EST Zone (India Night Shift)
- Strong English communication skills
