AR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Resolve unallocated payments and discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and external customers
• Manage disputed items through Dispute Management, coordinating with finance, sales, logistics, and quality departments
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor open items based on current data
• Proactively manage accounts receivable to prevent overdue items through analysis of customer behavior
• Prepare documentation for regular meetings with the sales department
• Handle overdue receivables in accordance with legislation and collaborate with relevant departments
• Support the implementation of process improvement suggestions
• Prepare AR documentation for audits and internal controls

Requirements

• High school education in an economic field is preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting and SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data orientation
• Analytical thinking skills and high attention to detail
• Fluency in English (company communication language)
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish to assist customers
