About the Company

Aquarabia is a premier water theme park located within Qiddiya City. We are dedicated to providing safe, thrilling, and unforgettable experiences for guests through world-class aquatic operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety of all guests and colleagues with a commitment to zero drownings.
• Maintain guest satisfaction in line with aquatic risk management and international standards.
• Respond to and assist in medical emergencies within the scope of your certification and training.
• Perform physical attraction inspections, including climbing stairs, walking inside waterslide flumes, and swimming/diving to inspect pool floors and drains.
• Execute water-related, slide-related, and attraction-related rescue techniques and provide first aid care.
• Assist guests with lost property or separation from children.
• Work alongside support departments such as Maintenance, Health and Safety, and Human Resources to meet operational requirements.
• Participate in public relations and marketing activities to promote the park.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the water theme park sector.
• Ability to swim and meet the basic requirements of an ITLP Lifeguard/Instructor license at all times.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and access ride platforms multiple times a day.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and sand.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 20/20 vision or corrected vision (including sunglasses).
