APRN/PA-C - Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients to understand health history, perform comprehensive examinations, and develop evidence-based diagnoses
• Manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions using clinical expertise and judgment
• Use diagnostic tools effectively to guide care and ensure timely follow-up
• Prescribe and monitor medications safely to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on preventive health and wellness to empower informed decisions
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
• Document care thoroughly and accurately to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program (for APRN) or a Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program (for PA-C)
• Unencumbered New Hampshire APRN or PA-C license
• National certification (APRN) or NCCPA (PA-C)
• Current or eligible DEA license
• Prior primary care experience
