About the role
Responsibilities
- Report payroll updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor the distribution of economic benefits and severance pay for employees
- Regulate and track established rest cycles and leave for personnel
- Coordinate institutional immersion activities, including induction and re-induction for new hires
- Plan and execute activities aimed at strengthening organizational climate
Requirements
- Student of Human Management, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Authorized by an educational institution to perform professional practice and sign an apprenticeship contract
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for database management and reporting
- Basic knowledge of personnel administration processes (payroll, social benefits, vacations)
