Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance area by assisting in line stoppage technical analysis during production.
• Assist in the execution and verification of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Help optimize existing maintenance plans and support measurement and parameterization activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory control and update equipment codes.
• Provide documentary support related to maintenance management.
• Perform root cause analysis for machinery failures and losses.
• Pilot continuous improvement projects related to production machinery.

Requirements

• Technical or Technologist degree in Electronics, Automation, Industrial Mechanics, Electrical, Electromechanics, or related fields.
• Must be eligible for a SENA apprenticeship contract or equivalent institutional agreement.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance management (preventive, corrective, and work orders).
• Proficiency in office tools for documentation and database control.
• Understanding of the PHVA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology for continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical thinking applied to technical failure analysis.
• High attention to detail regarding process sheets and parameterization.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding production environments.
• Proactivity and agility in responding to production line stoppages.
