Appui à la Transformation Digitale & Conduite du Changement Achats (H/F) (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Process Owner in deploying standard digital solutions to harmonize business processes across five international centers.
• Optimize processes by refining deliverables to improve operational efficiency and supporting the creation of harmonized templates.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops with international teams to ensure alignment across different geographic locations.
• Monitor performance by calculating and tracking KPIs to measure the real benefits of the transformation program.
• Drive change management by designing communication and training materials and supporting end-users in tool adoption.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) phases to ensure solutions meet field requirements.
• Assist with data migration by defining business needs and preparing migration files to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business School or Engineering School.
• Specialization in Procurement, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum) as it is the daily working language.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to process complex information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit for a global collaborative environment.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working with autonomy.
• Creative mindset to facilitate user buy-in during change processes.
