About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver platform presentations and demos focused on Application Security Testing and Runtime Protection
- Evangelize the Harness AI-Native DevSecOps platform, including SCA, SAST, DAST, and runtime protection
- Connect business security risks and compliance problems to technical solutions within the DevSecOps pipeline
- Drive complex technical engagements, such as workshops and Proof of Values (POVs)
- Convey complex customer security requirements and feature requests to Engineering
Requirements
- Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer supporting SaaS/software sales in DevSecOps or Cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with modern application security tools (API Security, AI Security, SAST, DAST, SCA)
- Understanding of cloud-native application security and GenAI integration risks
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer engagements and conferences
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
