Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of product and service orders to ensure smooth operations for SUEZ Morocco.
• Analyze procurement requests via Business Central and verify compliance with framework contracts and purchasing procedures.
• Issue purchase orders and track them through to successful delivery.
• Maintain and update the ERP system, including item master data, receipts, lead times, and costs.
• Produce performance reports and tracking indicators such as service rates and delivery compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and evaluating performance regarding quality, cost, and service.
• Identify, qualify, and reference new suppliers to diversify the supplier panel.
• Negotiate purchase conditions, including prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to optimize costs.
• Participate in periodic inventories and internal/external audits.

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree in procurement management, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in an equivalent role.
• Strong proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes.
• Foundational knowledge of logistics, transport, and stock management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Word.
• High level of rigor, organization, and ability to manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of Business Central ERP.
