Responsibilities

• Manage supply flows for a portfolio of components and materials to ensure production continuity
• Analyze requirements via ERP and place procurement orders for spare parts, components, or materials
• Monitor order portfolios, manage delivery dates, and perform preventive and curative supplier follow-ups
• Optimize stock levels by calculating safety stocks and reducing dormant inventory
• Resolve logistical, quantitative, or billing disputes in coordination with Quality, Receiving, and Finance departments
• Participate in production progress meetings and monitor supplier service rate KPIs

Requirements

• Higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
• Proven experience in industrial procurement (Automotive, Aerospace, Railway, or Defense)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Defense sector constraints or high-regulation industrial environments
• Operational English (reading and writing) for international supplier communication
• Strong rigor, tenacity in follow-ups, and ability to manage emergencies
