Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of suppliers and ensure stock availability according to supply strategies (MTO, MTS, PTO, PTS)
• Define and pilot stock policies, including target levels and safety stocks, to optimize working capital and service rates
• Maintain the logistics database, including replenishment thresholds, lot sizes, and safety stock parameters
• Trigger supplier orders based on net requirements (MRP) analysis, commercial forecasts, and production needs
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery
• Support the purchasing department in developing supplier partnerships through forecasting and performance evaluation
• Manage reception disputes on behalf of suppliers and alert sales and production teams in case of shortages
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize component scheduling and reduce global inventory
• Participate in complex cross-functional projects to streamline the supply chain

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Planner/Approvisionneur, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Solid knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; experience with Sage software is a significant plus
• Degree in Logistics Management, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and Business Objects
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
• Strong communication skills to interface with internal departments and external partners
