Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as instructed by the site supervisor
• Carry out inspection and testing of electrical installations in line with current regulations
• Install tray work, conduit, trunking, SWA type cabling, and distribution boards
• Perform electrical installation in industrial environments
• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure all installations comply with BS7671 Wiring Regulations
• Support and guide less experienced electricians and labourers on site
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and report safety concerns

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (C&G/Apprenticeship/AM2 or Equivalent)
• C&G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Inspection & Testing C&G 2391 or Equivalent
• CCNSG certification
• Ability to travel at short notice, including long distances
• Willingness to work overtime and away from home Monday - Friday (approx. 80% of the year)
