Apprenticeship in Global Marketing

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of marketing materials and tools for various markets
• Conduct market analysis by monitoring trends, competition, and market evolution
• Assist product managers with operational monitoring of launches and marketing operations
• Support the global marketing team in developing products that meet market needs
• Coordinate digital multi-channel strategies including social media, press, and newsletters
• Manage website coordination, leads, samples, and marketing communication plans
• Work on formulation concepts and routine creation in coordination with R&I teams

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Cosmetics Formulation, Chemistry, or Marketing
• Scientific and technical background in chemistry or formulation
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with synthesis capabilities
• Passion for consumer products and the beauty/home care sectors
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and enthusiasm
