Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize digital business processes
• Act as a bridge between IT and business departments to support digital transformation
• Develop and maintain digital solutions and evaluate market-ready IT systems
• Participate in practical training phases across departments such as IT, Sales, Finance, and HR
• Ensure quality assurance and documentation of IT processes
• Engage in project work and customer consulting within a digital environment

Requirements

• Abitur, very good secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife), or equivalent educational background
• Strong interest in digitalization, IT systems, and economic contexts
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Good proficiency in English for presentations and training
• High level of motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented working style
