About the Company

METRO LOGISTICS is a nationwide service provider for procurement, distribution, and contract logistics, as well as logistics fulfillment in e-commerce. The company operates seven multi-user logistics centers at geo-optimal nodes in Germany with a warehouse area of around 400,000 m2.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, steer, and master 40-ton trucks
• Independently plan the best routes to customers
• Reliably supply markets with goods
• Maintain calm in heavy traffic
• Understand truck technology and perform maintenance
• Gain insights into warehouse processes

Requirements

• Good secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
• Good knowledge of German and Mathematics
• Valid car driver's license
• Strong interest in logistical processes
• Organizational talent and analytical skills
• Open-mindedness, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
