About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the SAMpeople Payroll Academy training program
- Execute high-volume administrative inputs including employee variables and timesheets
- Cross-reference new starter and leaver information to flag anomalies
- Assume progressive autonomy over small portfolios under supervision
- Participate in daily in-person team stand-ups and collaborative problem-solving
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of data accurately
- Methodical approach to spotting data errors or compliance issues
- Highly motivated by an in-person office environment
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Baseline conceptual awareness of AI and automation principles
- High digital literacy and tech-minded approach
- Coachable mindset with a desire for professional growth

- School leavers or university graduates (any degree background)
