Apprentice TSE

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training program including classroom and field-based learning
• Master sales fundamentals, internal processes, and work planning administration
• Accompany mentors in the field to learn prescription generation processes from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Develop end-to-end in-clinic sales presentation skills
• Learn to use sales systems and techniques for planning, reporting, and analysis, such as Salesforce and RCPA
• Gain knowledge of distribution management involving retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and hospitals
• Demonstrate product and therapy knowledge by connecting product features to benefits for HCPs
• Maintain daily discipline through advance call planning and timely record submission in required tools
• Adhere strictly to industry and organizational compliance policies

• Ability to complete both classroom and field training requirements
• Willingness to meet and exceed defined KPIs and benchmarks
• Ability to learn and execute professional sales presentation skills

• Ability to learn and utilize digital reporting and planning tools
