Apprentice - Structures

Responsibilities

• Support the electrical standard parts qualification and development processes within the Structures department
• Contribute to technical projects involving electrical components
• Collaborate with transnational teams in a research and innovation-driven environment
• Adapt to changing project scenarios and requirements as part of a 12-month program

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (Technical Undergraduate or Postgraduate) in Electrical and Electronics
• Zero prior full-time professional work experience (internships and academic projects are welcome)
• Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship
• Knowledge of electrical components
• Introductory knowledge of data science, machine learning, or AI concepts
• Fluent English communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High level of flexibility and adaptability to new technical challenges
