Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support RFP Specialists in sourcing accurate, high-quality, and compelling requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information (RFI), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQ).
• Serve as a backup for RFP analysts to handle urgent client requests.
• Assist with projects involving quantitative data collation and integration.
• Coordinate with appropriate teams to update professional biographies across various asset classes.
• Identify appropriate responses to proposal questionnaires using internal databases.
• Utilize internal tools to generate necessary reports for RFP Analysts.

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA degree, preferably with a specialization in Finance.
• 11-24 months of professional experience within the Asset Management or RFP domain.
• Strong understanding of the financial industry and asset classes, specifically Equity and Fixed Income.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including professional email and telephone etiquette.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to Mutual Funds and ETFs.
• Ability to analyze competitive intelligence and integrate findings into service offerings.
